As a founding partner of Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, Dan is widely recognized for his representation of real estate developers, Fortune 500 companies, and major U.S. and foreign insurers. Dan's expertise includes the litigation of complex claims involving real estate, intellectual property, entertainment, and commercial disputes. Dan also serves as national coordinating counsel for several major land developers with respect to complex and class action litigation. In addition to being a court appointed arbitrator and mediator, Dan is a board member of several domestic and international developers. Dan was previously selected to the Rising Stars list in 2004.
