Dan Hoffer co-founded Kellman Hoffer LLP in 2006. An experienced and accomplished litigator, Mr. Hoffer has successfully litigated and resolved hundreds of lawsuits in state and federal court and before such administrative agencies as the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Prior to becoming a business and employment lawyer, Mr. Hoffer served with distinction as a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. His background makes him uniquely well qualified to deal with such issues as employee privacy, trade secret protection, and concerns over workplace violence.
