A founding partner in the more than 20-lawyer, mid-Wilshire litigation firm of Pierce & Weiss, LLP, Mr. Pierce was a field claims representative for State Farm Insurance, handling matters involving both structural property damage and casualty claims, and has also worked in a variety of construction trades, including framing. Mr. Pierce's trial experience in civil matters involves a wide range of cases, with emphasis in construction defect and disputes, premises and auto liability, and other complex litigation matters. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and he is admitted to practice in the Central Federal District of California. Mr. Pierce also has a California real estate license.
