The founding member of the small botique litigation firm of David H. Pierce & Associates PC, Mr. Pierce was previously a founding partner and business owner for 11 years in Pierce & Weiss, LLP.  Prior to attending law school, he was a field claims representative for State Farm Insurance, handling matters involving both structural property damage and casualty claims, and has also worked in a variety of construction trades, including framing. Mr. Pierce’s trial experience in civil matters involves a wide range of cases, and has litigated a variety of cases with emphasis in construction defect and disputes, real estate purchase/sale disclosure, premises and auto liability, professional liability, business and employment disputes, and other complex litigation matters. He is a member of the State Bar of California, American Board of Trial Advocates, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and is admitted to practice in the Central Federal District of California. Mr. Pierce also has a California real estate license.
