David J. Duchrow has represented plaintiffs in employment, labor and civil rights trials and appeals in state and federal courts since 1982. He is Chair of the California Employment Lawyers Association. He is an Advisor to the State Bar Labor & Employment Section Executive Committee. His published decisions include two in the California Supreme Court: Schifando v. City of Los Angeles (on behalf of amicus CELA) and Johnson v. City of Loma Linda, and a landmark disability rights case, Jensen v. Wells Fargo. He is a frequent speaker and author. The firm has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
