Mr. Quinto is a founder of Quinn Emanuel, and represents a wide variety of clients in intellectual property matters. For the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Mr. Quinto, with his partner, Academy General Counsel John Quinn, protects the Academy's Oscar copyright and trademarks and Academy Awards telecasts throughout the world. He has represented Mattel, Avery Dennison, Turner Entertainment, Lockheed Martin and Disney, among others, in copyright, trade secret, trade dress, and trademark cases. He is a Lawdragon 500 member, WIPO-appointed domain name dispute resolution panelist, author of The Law of Internet Disputes, and contributing author to Trademarks at the Limit. Mr. Quinto is a graduate of Amherst College and the Harvard Law School.
