Diana M. Estrada is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP. She represents employers in a wide variety of employment matters ranging from discrimination and harassment to wage-and-hour class actions. She has experience representing clients in state and federal court, arbitrations, and before the EEOC, DFEH, and Labor Commission. She is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and received her law degree from Western New England College School of Law in Massachusetts. Ms. Estrada is an active member of the Labor and Employment Sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
