Profile

The focus of my practice is assisting couples with negotiating prenuptial, postnuptial, cohabitation and related agreements.  I help those going through separation and divorce to develop fair resolutions while avoiding the expense and damage of adversarial proceedings.  My practice emphasizes Mediation and Collaborative Law.  My background includes over 30 years of Family Law practice, including 26 years of complex litigation experience, and sitting as Judge Pro Tempore and Panel Mediator in the Family Courts of two California counties. AV Rated.
