Gabriel Barenfeld joined Kreindler & Kreindler LLP in 2006, where he focuses his practice on litigation involving business fraud, corporate governance, and product liability. Gabriel has participated in trials in federal and state courts. He also successfully argued before the California Court of Appeals in a published decision, Dyer v. Childress (2007) 147 Cal.App.4th 1273. Recently, Gabriel co-authored an article for The Advocate Magazine entitled "How Did I End Up in Federal Court? Mass Tort Disasters and the Multiparty, Multiforum Trial Jurisdiction Act of 2002" (September 2007). Gabriel received his J.D. from UC Hastings in 2002.
