H. Shaina Colover handles personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, insurance bad faith, business litigation, and sexual abuse cases. She practices law with her father, Ronald B. Schwartz, and for the last nine years has handled significant cases against defendants across the U.S., including MTV, GNC and the Catholic Church. Ms. Colover has fought hard for her clients and has recovered millions of dollars on their behalf. She is active in many bar associations and was elected to the Board of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association in 2008. Ms. Colover is a graduate of UC San Diego, where she earned a B.A. in theatre and received the Stewart Award in acting. She studied Shakespeare at Oxford before earning her Juris Doctor degree in 1998 at the University of San Francisco School of Law.
