Henry Silberberg, as of January 2008, is a full-time arbitrator and mediator. He has 37 years of experience representing a broad spectrum of clients in litigating and settling complex business, real estate, intellectual property, employment, e-commerce, and insurance cases. At two national law firms, he had major roles in law firm management and in developing and chairing the West Coast litigation and ADR practices. Henry is a member of the AAA's Large Complex Case Panel, Commercial Panel, and International Center for Dispute Resolution Panel, the Independent Film and Television Alliance Arbitrator Panel, and the U.S. Panel for the ICC International Court of Arbitration. For 2006, 2007, and 2008, he was selected to the Southern California Super Lawyers list in Business Litigation.
