Herb Fox is an AV-rated*, appellate law specialist, certified by the California State Bar's Board of Legal Specialization, with 23 years of experience in both state and federal appellate courts. A former research attorney for the California Court of Appeals, Herb has handled over 165 state and federal appellate matters throughout California, resulting in 11 published opinions, including two from the California Supreme Court. Herb also consults with trial attorneys before, during and after trial, helping them identify issues and protect their clients' appellate rights. Over the course of his career, Herb has authored dozens of articles on appeals and appellate procedure and is frequently asked to lecture on these topics to groups of other attorneys. Herb maintains offices in Century City and Santa Barbara. Hourly, flat rate, and contingency fee arrangements considered.
