J. Bernard Alexander, III (B.A., UCLA, 1983; J.D., Southwestern Law School, 1986) is a partner with Alexander Krakow + Glick LLP. He prosecutes demanding private sector and public entity litigation on behalf of employees. Clients range from executives to hourly workers and include all levels of management employees. He has tried over 30 cases to verdict, achieving six- and seven-figure judgments for claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He deftly handles mediations and arbitrations with similar results. He is an executive board member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
