Attorney James Daily is a respected California litigator and a founding partner of the Daily & Knudson Law Group, LLP. Located in Irvine, the successful law firm handles a wide range of transactional law and commercial litigation cases for clients in Orange County and throughout California and Nevada. Mr. Daily’s main areas of practice include life settlement services, civil litigation, elder abuse, emerging markets and trusts and estates.
Mr. Daily graduated with his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in California in 1989. He is also an alumnus of the ATLA Ultimate Trial Advocacy College at Harvard Law School. By age 31, he had established his reputation as a highly skilled trial lawyer and won a $34 million settlement for his client in a dot-com litigation case.
In addition to being a member of numerous legal associations, Mr. Daily is the recipient of several professional honors. In 1998, the Consumer Business Review named him Attorney of the Year.
