James M. Baratta is one of the preeminent insurance defense lawyers in California. He has over 37 years of complex trial experience, having taken over 100 cases to judgment, verdict, and award. His practice emphasizes insurance coverage, bad faith, and tort litigation. He has been lead counsel in all phases of insurance law, including policy formation, coverage consultation, trial, and appeal.
