For 30 years, Ms. Mulligan has been representing San Diego, California, clients and is a leader in medical malpractice, serving on several boards and committees including chair emeritus of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Medical Professional Liability; and she frequently teaches courses in medical malpractice, trends in personal injury law and trial techniques.

A board-certified physician is on staff at Mulligan & Banham to assist with case selection and preparation.
