Mr. John H. Shaffery serves as managing partner of Poole & Shaffery, LLP. His 19 years of experience include business disputes, product liability and chemical exposure claims, employment litigation, and construction defect cases. He has successfully tried cases throughout the State of California. He is the publisher of two monthly legal publications highlighting cases of product liability and employment litigation.
