John P. McNicholas tries a wide variety of business cases in state and federal court, including copyright infringement, intellectual property, civil antitrust, breach of contract, and tort cases. His memberships include the American College of Trial Lawyers (Fellow), the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (Fellow), the American Board of Trial Advocates (Diplomat), and the National Board of Trial Advocacy (Certified Civil Trial Advocate). John served as Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School. He has been recognized by his peers as one of the top 100 lawyers in Southern California and is involved in civic and community work.
