Ms. Amira's practice emphasizes business litigation and corporate/business bankruptcy cases involving primarily entertainment and real estate matters. Her representative clients include lenders, developers, lessors, investors, corporations, and creditors' committees. She is certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and is AV-rated. Ms. Amira chaired the Beverly Hills Bar Association Bankruptcy Section and co-founded Los Angeles Women Insolvency Professionals. Ms. Amira graduated from UCLA and Whittier Law School, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board of Governors and later served as Assistant Dean.
