Attorney Kelly C. Quinn has special expertise in researching and drafting motions, writs and appeals. She has successfully overturned several convictions, and her motion practice has resulted in numerous serious felony cases being dismissed. A former substitute special education teacher, Ms. Quinn represents students with disabilities in all stages of IEP proceedings and is very active in ensuring each child is receiving all protections available under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Ms. Quinn also represents students in school discipline hearings, including suspension and expulsion hearings.
