Kevin Fiore's practice has centered on transactional real estate, including purchase and sale transactions, real estate financing, commercial leasing and the structuring of development and operating real estate entities. Kevin also has experience in general business and corporate law, including the acquisition and disposition of operating business entities. Before joining Clark & Trevithick in 1994, Kevin worked with an international law firm with approximately 50 offices worldwide. While with that firm, he served as chair of the Los Angeles office real estate department and was involved in a number of major real estate transactions in the Southern California area. Kevin attended Loyola University of Los Angeles for both his undergraduate and graduate work. He obtained his law degree in 1969 and his bachelor's degree in business administration in 1964. He has also been a certified public accountant in California since 1967. Kevin is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California, the Real Estate Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Italian American Lawyers Association. He has also served as a member of the Board of Governors of Loyola University of Los Angeles.
