Lawrence D. Rohlfing graduated from Whittier College in 1982 and Whittier Law School cum laude in 1985. After severing from two partners in 1989, Mr. Rohlfing started his offices as a sole practitioner, growing the firm to seven lawyers in two offices. The Law Offices of Lawrence D. Rohlfing concentrates on Social Security disability cases before the Social Security Administration and in federal court. Mr. Rohlfing has over 20 published opinions from the Ninth Circuit and other appellate courts including one en banc decision, argued before the U.S. Supreme Court, and currently serves as an Appellate Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Council. He lectures before and has served as President of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.
