The firm has successfully handled complex civil litigation matters resulting in substantial damage awards for their clients. This includes $10,000,000.00 in the Coordinated Fertility Litigation and $7,500,000.00 in the UCI Liver Transplant Litigation.  In these matters, Mr. Eisenberg was appointed Lead Counsel by the Orange County Superior Court. The firm emphasizes representation of consumers and injured victims in cases involving negligence and wrongful conduct.  They have achieved excellent results in motor vehicle cases ($1,800,000.00 in a head-on collision), trucking accident cases ($1,300,000.00 in a tractor trailer accident); negligence at a construction site ($1,800,000.00 for burn injures in an electrical explosion); and medical malpractice cases ($4,000,000.00 for a 3 year-old due to the failure to diagnose a neurological disorder).  In addition, they have represented clients against the Kaiser Health Plan including former patients at the closed Kaiser Kidney Transplant Program in San Francisco.
