I serve as an ADR neutral in patent , copyright , trademark and unfair competion matters.I have served numerous times as an ADR arbitrator and mediator and also as an Early Neutral Evaluator.I also represent and and advise clients and attorneys in regard of IP ( Patent, Copyright, Trademark, Trade Secret law matters as well as in competition and antitrust law matters and their intersection.I have been for a number of years a been member of the Federal Court's ADR panel and amember of the AAA's ADR panels including, its Commercial, Large Complex case, International (ICDR),Mediation and Patent panels. I am Registered to Practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office and have a degree in Engineering. In addition to my J.D. degree I hold an LL.M degree in Patent and Antitrust law.I have in the past served as a Patent Examiner, a Trial and Appellate Attorney in the US Department of Justice and as a litigator and trial attorney in both large and small law firms representing domestic and international clients.

Pro bono/Community Service:
- I have for 22 years served on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and its Artistic Affairs Committee.I am a Founder of the Los Angeles County Musuem of Art and of the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art. I have served on the Executive Committte of the Los Angeles Bar Association's Antitrust and Competion Law Committee and on similar committees of the ABA. I am a member of the Southern California Mediation Association and The Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association, The Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, 1986
Verdicts and Settlements:
- I recently, in 2008, settled a artist rights case representing the well known muralist Kent Twitchell for the destruction of his Ed Ruscha mural monument of significance.and obtained the largest known settlement under the federal VARA and California CAPA statutes. Over the years i have been involved in many significant IP, antitrust, contract and fraud verdicts and settlement, 2008

- I have a Degee In Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and law degrees (J.D. with Distinction and an LL.M in Intellectiual Property and Antitrust Law) fron the George Washington University Law School. I have taken ADR numerous courses and been certified by the U.S.D.C.(Pepperdine Law School Courses) and from the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
