Honors and Awards:

• Mr. Flagel graduated from UCLA in 1980, magna cum laude, and from Boalt Hall School of Law in 1983, Order of the Coif.

Bar/Professional Activity:

• Mr. Flagel is a member of the Bar of the State of California, and of the American Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Executive and Planning Committees of the USC IP Institute, and in the past has served as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School, where he taught Intellectual Property courses.

Pro bono/Community Service:

• Mr. Flagel serves on the Board of Directors of the Exceptional Children's Foundation in Los Angeles, which is an organization that serves the needs of challenged individuals of all ages.  Mr. Flagel also chairs the Advisory Committee for the Kayne-ERAS Center, which is a K-12 school under the ECF umbrella that provides educational opportunities to at-risk children throughout the Southern California region.
