Mark W. Yocca is a founding partner of The Yocca Law Firm LLP and leads the firm's Business and Employment Litigation Department. He has extensive trial and appellate experience, and his published decisions include precedent from the California Supreme Court governing official proceedings immunity, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit governing resale of product under trademark law. He has successfully represented clients from the electronics, financial services, service provider and leisure products industries. Mr. Yocca earned his J.D. and Law Review membership from Loyola Law School, and achieved Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating in both professional competence and ethics.
