Matthew J. Esposito is a senior associate at the law firm of Palmer, Lombardi & Donohue LLP, in downtown Los Angeles. Matthew specializes in representing financial institutions and other corporate clients in business litigation matters before state courts and arbitration panels. He has successfully litigated numerous cases involving complex contractual, securities, and employment issues. Matthew has also served as general counsel for a number of burgeoning startup companies. He received his J.D./MBA from the UCLA School of Law and The Anderson School at UCLA.
