Maxwell M. Blecher, renowned for his expertise in antitrust and complex business litigation, has litigated significant cases resulting in many precedent-setting antitrust decisions in federal and state courts throughout the U.S. He has tried more antitrust cases than any other lawyer in the country, for both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Blecher is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and of the American Board of Trial Advocates. In 1998, the State Bar of California named him Antitrust Lawyer of the Year.
