Meghan B. Clark is a Partner in the law firm Ferguson Case Orr Paterson LLP located in Ventura.  Ms. Clark's background in general civil litigation gives her a strong foundation for her appellate practice and makes her particularly effective in counseling trial attorneys in building records for appeal.  She has handled more than 25 appeals and writs, including published decisions in the cases Faulkinbury v. Boyd & Associates (2010) 2010 WL 2525710 (June 24, 2010), assisting on Dotson v. Amgen, Inc. (2010) 181 Cal.App.4th 975, Wood v. Santa Monica Escrow (2009) 176 Cal.App.4th 802, Community Redevelopment Comm. v. County of Ventura (2007) 152 Cal.App.4th 1470, Wood v. Santa Monica Escrow Co. (2007) 151 Cal.App.4th 1186 and Totten v. County of Ventura (2006) 139 Cal.App.4th 826.

Meghan is the Vice Chair of the East Ventura County Employers Advisory Council, a member of the Board of Counselors for California Lutheran University, a member of the Board of Directors for the Ventura County Bar Association and a past board member of the California Young Lawyers Association.
