Mr. Terhar has litigated a wide variety of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases in the Western U.S. with emphasis on aviation, product and premises liability, and recreational activity cases, including class actions. Recently he has handled cases in Washington, Oregon, and Utah, in addition to California. He has spoken at conventions for various trade groups in these fields and drafted waiver and release agreements for recreational activity businesses. Memberships include the Defense Research Institute, the Association of Southern California Defense Attorneys, and fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America. He has an AV (preeminent) rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
