Profile
Michael Baum is Baum Hedlund’s senior managing partner and he heads the firm’s pharmaceutical litigation department. For years he has overseen a myriad of pharmaceutical cases, including antidepressant suicide, withdrawal and birth defect cases, Avandia cardiovascular risk cases and Qui Tam actions involving pharmaceutical companies. Previously, he handled many of the firm’s mass disaster cases including major airline crashes.
