Mike Leslie, one of the founders of Caldwell Leslie & Proctor, PC, is an accomplished negotiator and trial lawyer, and has particular expertise in complex environmental and commercial litigation.  Mr. Leslie regularly serves as lead trial and litigation counsel in complex multi-party actions in which tens of millions of dollars in compensatory and punitive damages are at stake.   Mr. Leslie represents Fortune 500 corporations, multinational energy companies, governmental entities and small businesses, and has prevailed not only in environmental matters, but also in cases involving intellectual property, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and misappropriation of trade secrets.  In addition to his busy trial practice, he has also successfully argued important cases for his clients before the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Leslie is a summa cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College and obtained his law degree  from Stanford Law School.  He has been honored as a "Southern California Super Lawyer" by the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine every year since the honor has been awarded.  He is a frequent speaker on complex and environmental litigation.
