Mr. Gunny has over 29 years of civil litigation practice. His successful trial experience has ranged from medical malpractice to real estate fraud. Over the past twelve years, Neil's practice has focused exclusively upon the defense of real estate professionals, accountants, corporate directors and non-profit corporations. Neil has achieved Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards, and in 2005, was named to the Southern California Super Lawyers list in Civil Litigation Defense. Neil received his B.A. from UCLA in 1973 and his J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1977, having graduated at the top of his class.
