Attorney Neville Asherson is a senior partner of the boutique immigration law firm Asherson, Klein & Darbinian of Beverly Hills, California. As an immigration and naturalization lawyer, he represents individuals from all over the world wishing to apply for entry to the United States or those in residence facing imminent removal or deportation.

Originally a native of Cape Town, South Africa, Mr. Asherson received his law degree from the University of Cape Town in 1964. In 1977, he was admitted by the United States Supreme Court to the state bar of California, where he assists international business people, athletes, entertainers and refugees with a variety of immigration concerns.

As an advocate for immigrants and permanent residents, Mr. Asherson serves in numerous organizations dedicated to protecting immigrant rights. He is a member of the executive committee of the immigration section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association as well as a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Beverly Hills and American Bar Associations and the State Bar of California.
