Mr. Long's practice focuses on complex litigation, including products, transportation, coverage and construction matters. He has participated in high-profile cases including E. coli litigation and commercial aviation catastrophes. His peers elected him president of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Association of California Defense Counsel. Pat is a licensed pilot. He served as a faculty member for the American Board of Trial Advocates' Masters in Trial program, and taught at the International Association of Defense Counsel's Trial Academy, held at the University of Colorado. He is Immediate Past President of DRI, a national organization of 23,000 defense lawyers.
