Devoted exclusively to criminal defense and trial work, Cohen has represented clients in over 30 state and federal jurisdictions nationwide against allegations ranging from large-scale narcotics trafficking, murder, and robbery, to white-collar fraud and embezzlement. This year alone, such skills led to two successful suppression motions, a reversal of conviction based upon a prior counsel's ineffective assistance, and an acquittal on assault charges, notwithstanding the testimony of five officers implicating his client as having pointed a gun at the head of an undercover detective.
