R. Brian Timmons is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Quinn Emanuel. He specializes in handling large, complex litigation matters nationwide. His cases generally focus on corporate finance, distressed debt, accounting firm liability or securities litigation, including insider trading. Mr. Timmons also handles a variety of other matters, including toxic tort litigation, internal investigations, and white-collar criminal defense. Before joining Quinn Emanuel, Mr. Timmons was a partner with Latham & Watkins. He received his J.D., with honors, from Harvard Law School, attended the graduate school at London School of Economics, and graduated from Duke University, summa cum laude, where he was also a standout on the varsity football team.
