Profile

A prominent California construction lawyer with over 30 years of experience, Randy Erickson manages the California office and co-chairs the Construction Group at Crowell & Moring. An infantry Platoon Commander in the United States Marine Corps, he was decorated for combat action in Vietnam and retired from the Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel. He was the Research Editor of the Duke Law Journal and clerked on the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Listed in the International Who’s Who of Construction Lawyers and named one of the Top 50 lawyers in Orange County, he mediates, arbitrates and litigates myriad forms of construction disputes and ancillary matters, such as bid protests, false claims allegations, and environmental issues.
