Robert F. "Bob" Brennan, Esq., is a principal and founder of Brennan, Wiener & Associates, an AV-rated firm in La Crescenta, California. His firm is the Southern California leader in consumer protection litigation, focusing on lemon law and car dealer fraud cases, wrongful credit damage and identity theft cases, wrongful and abusive debt collection cases and consumer protection class actions. He is the nephew of U.S. Supreme Court Justice William J. Brennan, Jr., deceased, and son of Francis W. Brennan, a longtime corporate attorney and political activist. Currently, Bob serves as a trustee of the Glendale Bar Association, as well as the California State Coordinator for the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
