Robin Day Glenn is a certified specialist in franchise and distribution law. She is a past chair of the Franchise and Distribution Law Advisory Commission of the California Board of Legal Specialization and of the State Bar's Franchise Law Committee. She has served on the California State Bar's International Law and Business Law Section Governing Committees. She authored one chapter and co-authored a second in CEB's California Franchise Law and Practice (revised 2010) and has been Contributing Editor for Franchises of CEB's California Business Law Reporter since 1991. She frequently writes and speaks on franchise law. She obtained her B.A. at New College (Sarasota, Florida), J.D. at UC Davis and LL.M. in International and Comparative Law at Georgetown, where she was a Research Fellow of the International Law Center.
