Profile

Ron Schlager has successfully combined his corporate and business litigation practice. Long-term business relationships and satisfied clients are Ron's top priority. While his goal is to negotiate successful agreements he has the ability to litigate contract disputes when necessary. In one instance while acting as corporate and litigation counsel to a manufacturing client for ten years Ron obtained a $20 million judgment. Ron traveled to Germany to track down and collect hidden assets. Another example of Ron's commitment is a 13-year relationship with a technology client with a growing patent portfolio. His transactional and litigation skills helped result in many licensing agreements. In 2010-2011 Ron obtained a $1.7 million dollar judgment exposing a Ponzi scheme. Business investors were defrauded when their brokerage accounts were accessed by and depleted by the defendant. Ron followed this defendant out of state as well in an attempt to locate and collect assets. Ron is a member of the State Bars of CA, AZ, AL, NV and DC.
