With primary offices in Newport Beach, Mr. Schwartz is known for a variety of consumer verdicts. In representing injured victims of drunk drivers, Schwartz won a $5.3 million verdict arguing a novel theory of civil conspiracy when he was able to prove teenagers conspired to party at their parents' homes and then drive. The warning label found on honey jars to prevent infant botulism stating: "Do not feed honey to infants less than one year of age" is one of Mr. Schwartz' landmark verdicts. Recently, Schwartz has recovered millions of dollars in mold and bad faith actions throughout the state.
