Mr. Jossen has practiced law for over 28 years with an emphasis on all aspects of personal injury including sexual molestation cases; government claims; automobile, motorcycle, and bicycle accidents; uninsured motorist claims; insurance and bad faith claims; legal malpractice; and attorney-client fee disputes. He has presided over more than 2,800 mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Jossen has served as a Referee in the Los Angeles Superior Court Dependency and Delinquency Divisions. He has initiated several class-action-type lawsuits on behalf of children and others. His work has been covered by the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Daily Journal, and Los Angeles Lawyer. Mr. Jossen has litigated in both trial and appellate courts. He has recovered millions for his clients.
