Mr. Jossen has practiced law for over 27 years with an emphasis on all aspects of personal injury including sexual molestation cases, government claims, automobile, motorcycle, and bicycle accidents; uninsured motorist claims; insurance and bad faith claims; legal malpractice; and attorney-client fee disputes. He has presided over more than 2,200 mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Jossen has served as a Referee in both the Los Angeles Superior Court Dependency and Delinquency Divisions.
