Scott H. Carr is a litigation attorney of the law firm Greene Broillet & Wheeler, LLP, of Santa Monica, California. He handles cases involving business litigation, legal malpractice, insurance bad faith, product liability and employment litigation.
Mr. Carr's many successes include his expert handling of the Binkow v. Osbourne action related to Binkow's creation of the idea and concept for “The Osbournes” television series. He has won several million- and multimillion-dollar settlements and jury verdicts on behalf of his clients. His success has earned him an AV rating* with Martindale-Hubbell and recognition as one of "The Best Lawyers in America" by Woodward/White, Inc.
Among other legal activities, Mr. Carr is the president of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Los Angeles chapter. His pro bono work includes service on the board of governors for the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza and board of directors for the same organization's foundation. He is also president of the California Gamma Alumni of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
Mr. Carr is a dean's list graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, where he received the 1991 American Jurisprudence Award in Products Liability & Remedies.
