As Defense counsel-completely defensed against two large complex Real Esate/Construction matters with each matter involving claims in excess of $20,000,000. Have been mentioned in Daily Journal Verdicts and Settlements on many occasions with a recent settlements and verdicts in excess $4.5 million dollars. First ever jury verdict 2010 against the County of Orange for liability for a leaking and deteriorated Storm Drain.
