Stephen P. Levine has been practicing law in the state of California since 1977. He is a partner at the San Bernardino law firm of Milligan, Beswick, Levine & Knox LLP, where he maintains a statewide practice focusing on criminal law and the defense of individuals charged with felonies and misdemeanors of all types, and on family law matters, including high conflict and high net worth divorce cases. Mr. Levine has substantial litigation experience with both of these areas of the law and is one of only five criminal defense attorneys in San Bernardino County to have been certified as a specialist in criminal law by the California Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Levine is an active member of several professional organizations, including the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the California Public Defenders Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Family Law Council of San Bernardino County and the State Bar of California.
