Profile

Steven Brower has been a business trial attorney for 30 years.  He has a unique and extensive background in insurance coverage analysis and litigation having simultaneously represented policyholders and insurers.  For over 25 years he has assisted clients in the area of e-discovery and computer technology based on his 10 years of experience as a computer programmer.  Steve has handled litigation including trials (jury and bench), arbitrations, mediations and appellate matters in more than 10 states.  He has also spoken to groups, on legal issues, on over 200 occasions.  He recently obtained a decision from the Court of Appeal which was the first decision, anywhere in the United States, to find that the trial court was obligated to enter a terminating sanction in favor of Steve's client (the plaintiff) on the fraud cause of action.
