• The Law Offices of Glotzer & Sweat, LLP were able to secure a $435,000 settlement in an accident at an intersection in Los Angeles.  The accident involved a motorcyclist who was proceeding with the right of way when a driver attempted to make a left hand turn in front of the motorcycle, causing the motorcycle to hit the passenger side of the car, wobble and go down.  The plaintiff severely injured her right knee which required surgery.  The defendant denied hitting the motorcyclist and hired accident reconstruction and "human factors" experts to try to give opinions about how the motorcycle driver could have "avoided" the accident.  Glotzer & Sweat, LLP did extensive private investigation and hired their own experts, including an accident reconstruction engineer, a biomechanical engineer, and medical experts to refute the claims of the defense.
