Attorney Steven W. Lazarus focuses exclusively on representing parents in family formation law. To that end, he provides comprehensive legal services in domestic and international adoption and various assisted reproduction technologies.

As a dedicated California family attorney with more than 20 years of legal experience, Mr. Lazarus has been a lead attorney in drafting and implementing legislation in California regarding adoption law and assisted reproduction law. He is an active member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, the Academy of California Adoption Lawyers/Academy of California Family Formation Lawyers, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and Resolve.

Mr. Lazarus is also actively involved in doing pro-bono and community service work, especially in helping to prevent child abandonment and infanticide. He was featured in the 2006 Forbes In-Flight Radio and Sky Radio magazine as one of "America's Premier Lawyers." He was also selected for inclusion as a Southern California Super Lawyer from 2005 to 2009 by Los Angeles Magazine and Law & Politics.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Los Angeles in 1984, Mr. Lazarus received his juris doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1988. He is licensed to practice in California.
