Mr. Johnston is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates who specializes in trying catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Recent highlights include obtaining two verdicts and three settlements against trucking companies totaling over twenty-five million dollars. Mr. Johnston represented clients in the Chatsworth Metrolink Disaster and the Hoover Bus Crash Disaster. Mr. Johnston was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious achievement in support of EOD Mobile Unit 3 (Battalion) in Baghdad, Iraq (Dec. 2007).
