For more than a quarter-century, Mr Dominick has practiced in the San Bernardino law firm of Fullerton, Lemann, Schaefer & Dominick LLP, which also has offices in Palm Desert, where he has represented clients in the areas of business, civil litigation, real estate, estate planning, and probate and trust administration. Mr. Dominick's main areas of practice are probate and trust administration and litigation. He is certified as a specialist in probate, trust and estate planning law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell and was listed as "One of the Top Attorneys in the IE" by the Inland Empire Magazine. He has also been selected as a Southern California Super Lawyer for the past five years. Mr Dominick is a past Judge Advocate General of the Seal Beach Yacht Club, past Director of the San Bernardino Rotary North Club and served as 2009-2010 President of the San Bernardino County Bar Association. Mr. Dominick regularly lectures to lawyers, paralegals and accountants in the areas of probate administration and litigation and he co-authored the course manual entitled “The Probate Process from Start to Finish” (2003 National Business Institute).
